Jackie Brobst

Jackie has worked in the insurance industry for six years and has spent that entire time with Ascend Financial, prior to its transition to Sioux Falls Insurance. Ascend Financial is owned and managed by her nephew who invited her to join the team when he was looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the growing business. Since then, Jackie has played an important role in assisting clients and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Jackie brings a strong customer service background, having worked in several different fields, including two medical facilities and multiple businesses. Across all of her roles, she has always enjoyed working closely with clients and building meaningful relationships, often forming lasting connections along the way. Her experience, combined with her approachable and caring nature, allows her to provide attentive and reliable service to every client she works with.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling and exploring new places, as well as spending quality time with her grandchildren and family—especially relaxing and making memories together at the lake.
